About Me.
I became interested in audio during my sophomore year in high school. I had managed to snag a job as a material handler at the local library. At the time, being an author was my first choice, so being surrounded by row upon row of books was a dream come true. However, working at the library required long hours of shelving books in complete silence. The repetitive action and lack of engagement could become quite dull after a while. To fill the quiet, I began listening to podcasts for the first time.

I had always loved stories, but it had never occurred to me that they could be told in different ways besides print. I started the weirdness of Welcome to Nightvale, then the space shenanigans of Wolf 369, Lore gave me chills, and Wolverine: The Long Night Night kept me on the edge of my seat. It came to the point where books no longer interested me, despite having complete access to a library. The world of podcasts and audio storytelling had me hooked.

I eventually found my way back to reading books, but the impact podcasts had on me is indelible. My goal in the future is still to write, but now audio will be my medium of choice. I want to create funny, terrible, heartwarming, and exciting stories that draw people into their worlds, just like my favorite audio dramas did for me.
